There are lots of beautiful wildflower fabrics suitable for Made to Measure lampshades.

The bold floral fabric Wild Rose is inspired as suggested by its name, by the delicate shape of hedgerow Dog Roses. The same flower head is depicted in Song Birds, making the two floral fabrics easy to use together in the same room.

Song Birds make beautiful yellow and grey floral fabric curtains with a slightly Oriental pattern: between the florals and birds are gentle meandering vertical stripes filled with delicate spots.

The timeless wildflower fabric, Cow Parsley, shows small simplistic butterflies sitting on the heads of the quintessential English wildflower, Cow Parsley; again Vanessa has a slight obsession with spots and stripes, which are ever evident on the delicate wings of British butterflies. This is the best-selling floral fabric that has stood the test of time since it first launched over 14 years ago.

Each bespoke lampshade is beautifully made in our local workshops by professionals, and hand finished with great care and attention. Our makers use traditional methods and take real pride in what they do. With Made to Measure, there is no need to compromise; you can create a unique look with your choice of fabric and those important finishing touches that will complement and co-ordinate your home.

There are four shapes to choose from: empire, drum, pleated, and candle (always sold as a pair), along with several size options. You can choose a second fabric to line the lampshade; applicable to drum lampshades only.

You can buy our fabrics in 10cm increments, starting at 50cm, and make your own lampshade. Alternatively, you can use our Made to Measure service and we will make one, especially for you.

Please ask for fabric samples and see the colours in your rooms. If you order a half metre returnable sample you can drape them over your existing shades, or just in situ to where the shade will go, and see how it looks. All our fabrics are printed in the UK on a good weight of 100% Linen, and Linen Union, making them suitable for lampshades, curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. We hold a good stock of all our fabrics ensuring delivery is usually within 3-5 working days subject to availability. The same team, who takes your order will roll, inspect and cut it, so accuracy and quality can be assured.
